It went really well and I had a good steady pace the whole run. I’m so proud of myself that this training for the half marathon in August is going so well and that I’m sticking to it. I can feel myself getting stronger and my muscles are getting bigger. I have to say that I’m really loving it! I even biked to the swimming pool afterwards and went swimming for a bit. I wasn’t tired at all!
In other news I set a new weight goal for myself the other day and I’ve already lost 1,5 lbs of the 19 lbs I planned to lose! I’m so happy about it! I’m really fueled with motivation these days and I’m loving it! I know where I want to be and I’m getting there. Slowly but steadily!
